In order to insure the principles of fair competition, BSMS didn't give up in the fight for justice and forced competitors to pay. BSMS achievement paved the way to combat unfair competition for traders who are in similar situation.

Extract from "Lietuvos rytas" June 17th, 2010, page 11:

- In 2007, The Vilnius District Court dealt wirh marketing services companies involved in BSMS and "Marketing and trading partners" of judicial proceedings.
- The court rejected the "Marketing and trading partners" appeal and upheld the lower court ruling, according to the company for unfair competition will be forces to pay almost 40 thousand litas.
- 2005 Summer BSMS by civil action against it's former emplyee, who worked until in the company as sales director, Rimantas Čekauskas and his set up company, alleging it's clients and employees poaching and unfair competition. 
- According to the General Director of BSMS Giedrius Oliškevičius, litigation was more honor and fair competition principles.
